At Capix IT Solution Private Limited, we aim to provide high-quality digital products and IT services to our clients. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are accepted.
1. Nature of Our Products
We deal exclusively in digital goods and software services, including:
Flutter mobile apps (Android, iOS, Web)
Laravel admin panels
Next.js websites
Source codes, templates, and custom software solutions
Since these products are intangible and instantly accessible, we follow a strict no-refund policy after delivery.
2. Cancellation Policy
a) For Digital Product Purchases (Source Code / Templates)
Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been downloaded, shared, or accessed.
If payment has been made but the product hasn’t been delivered yet, you may request cancellation within 6 hours of purchase by emailing hello@capixit.com.
b) For Custom Development or Reskin Services
Cancellation is allowed before project initiation (i.e., before any development work starts).
Once the project has started and work has been allocated to our development team, no cancellation or refund will be issued.
If the client delays or fails to provide required materials (like content, logos, or access details), the project may be paused but not refunded.
3. Refund Policy
a) Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Digital source code or templates once shared or downloaded.
Completed customization or reskin projects.
Services already rendered or in progress.
Delays caused by third-party APIs, services, or client dependencies.
b) Eligible Refund Situations (Exceptions)
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Payment failure or technical error resulting in no product access.
Unavailability of product/service due to unforeseen internal reasons.
All such requests will be verified internally, and approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Quality Assurance & Support
Before any refund or cancellation is considered, our support team will attempt to resolve your issue or concern.

5. Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased a Capix IT Solution product from a third-party marketplace (e.g., Envato/Codecanyon), their respective refund and cancellation policies will apply.
Capix IT Solution Private Limited is not responsible for transactions made outside our official channels.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
